The Deluxe Twin Room offers two single beds in 25 m², and the Standard Double Room, at 22 m², has one double bed. Triple and family rooms are the choice for three guests.

The in-room equipment covers the needs of a longer stay: air conditioning, a desk, an iron, an electric kettle, a hairdryer, a dining table and a tumble dryer. Each private bathroom has a shower, a bidet and a toilet with toilet paper, and most rooms also have a flat-screen TV.

The neighbourhood around Phạm Ngũ Lão is known for budget guesthouses, bars and restaurants, and the area stays busy in the evening.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 5.5 km from the property, and Saigon Railway Station is 2.3 km away. For the airport, the paid shuttle or a taxi is the practical choice, because no parking is available on site. Ben Thanh Station gives access to Metro Line 1, and the Bui Vien walking street is nearby for evenings out.

The central sights are close enough to walk to from the hotel. Independence Palace is 950 m away, the War Remnants Museum 1.2 km and Ben Thanh Market 650 m, where the stalls sell food, clothing and souvenirs. The Ho Chi Minh City Museum, 1 km away, covers the history of the city. Walk between these sights and use a taxi for longer trips.
